Otoneurology
The Dizziness Center, operating under the Otoneurology Department at LOR Hospital, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to the ear, balance and hearing systems, temporal bone, and cranial base, covering conditions of the head and neck.
The center evaluates and treats dizziness and ear-related tinnitus. For diagnostics, it uses the Videonystagmography (VNG) device, which is unique in Azerbaijan.
Diseases such as BPPV, vestibulopathy, vestibular neuritis, vestibular migraine, Ménière’s disease, psychogenic vertigo, perilymphatic fistula, and tinnitus are diagnosed, treated conservatively or surgically, and rehabilitation is provided successfully.
